Our women-only boxing sessions are a powerful blend of boxing and weight training, designed to improve strength, fitness and confidence, all in just one hour.

Each session is 30 minutes boxing, 30 minutes strength training, suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.

This is a safe, supportive space where women train without judgement, pressure or intimidation just encouragement, skill-building and real results.
