At NK Boxing, we are committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and empowering boxing coaching experience for women and girls across the UK. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while respecting the valuable time and commitment of our coaches.

When you book a session, you are reserving a dedicated time slot that is no longer available to other clients. To ensure we can continue to offer a premium service, we require that you read and agree to the following policy before making a purchase.

1. Our 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

This is the core of our policy and applies to all private and group coaching sessions booked through our website.

  • Cancellations made MORE than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Cancellations made LESS than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time: You are not eligible for a refund. The session fee will be forfeited.

Why do we have this policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours are difficult to fill. This policy ensures that our coaches are compensated for the time they have reserved for you and helps us maintain a sustainable schedule for all our clients.

2. How to Cancel Your Session

To cancel a session, you must send an email to: [email protected].

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name (the name used for the booking).

  • The date and time of the session you wish to cancel.

  • Your booking confirmation number (if you have it).

The timestamp on your received email will be used to determine whether your cancellation falls within the 48-hour notice period. We are not responsible for emails that are not received. We will send a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

3. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, a refund will be processed automatically.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued directly back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., your credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account via Stripe).

  • Timescale: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This timescale is dependent on the bank and payment processor and is outside of our direct control.

4. Late Cancellations & “No-Shows”

  • Late Cancellation: Any cancellation requested within the 48-hour window prior to the session start time is considered a late cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without any prior notification, this will be treated as a “No-Show.” No refund will be issued, and the session will be fully forfeited.

5. Rescheduling Your Session

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to reschedule your session instead of cancelling it, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your original session’s start time.

  • The new session must be booked subject to the coach’s availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will need to book and pay for a new session.

6. Cancellations by Us (NK Boxing)

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as coach illness or an emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible via the email address you provided at booking.

You will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • Rescheduling the session to a new, mutually convenient date and time at no extra charge.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that true, unavoidable emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window due to a medical emergency or other serious unforeseen event, please contact us directly at [email protected].

These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund or credit in these circumstances is at the sole discretion of NK Boxing, and we may require documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) to support your request.

8. Session Packs & Block Bookings

For session packs or block bookings, the 48-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session scheduled from that pack. If you cancel a session within 48 hours or do not show up, that session will be deducted from your pack, and no refund for that portion will be provided.
